Cheetah wildlife art with architectural presence
Speed is held completely still in The Unbroken Gaze. The cheetah’s face fills the frame, allowing the markings, alert ears and fixed eyes to carry the composition. Blackwell avoids a conventional action image and instead creates a formal animal portrait in which concentration becomes the subject. The elongated 71-inch scale suits long sightlines and rooms where the artwork can be approached gradually. Fine pattern and quiet neutral tones reward close viewing, while the direct gaze remains legible across a large interior. Issued as an edition of twelve plus one artist proof, it is a collectible wildlife artwork designed for monumental presentation.

Display away from direct sunlight and strong UV exposure. Maintain stable household humidity and avoid damp or rapid temperature changes. Conservation glazing and archival mounting materially protect the print; expected longevity depends on the final paper, ink, glazing and display conditions.

What the price includes
The published price includes the numbered archival pigment print, certificate of authenticity and Studio 54 Fine Art edition-register entry. Framing, delivery, installation, customs charges, local taxes and duties are quoted separately unless expressly included in the written invoice.
Payment is due by bank transfer under the schedule stated on the invoice; the work is reserved only after the gallery confirms cleared funds or an agreed deposit. Eligible consumer distance purchases may be cancelled within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to return in original condition and secure packaging; return shipping and insurance are the buyer’s responsibility. Bespoke or made-to-order framing is excluded from cancellation once production has begun. These rights do not limit any mandatory consumer protection that applies in the buyer’s country.

Rowan Blackwell is an English wildlife artist known for close, monumental animal portraiture. His limited editions use scale, controlled light and direct gaze to create an encounter rather than a distant wildlife view.
Rowan Blackwell is represented exclusively by Studio 54 Fine Art, founded in Milan in 2016 by Gary Williamson and now operating from Cyprus.
