Artwork enquiries and availability

Website information is provided for guidance. Availability, edition number, dimensions, framing specification, price, currency, taxes and delivery terms must be confirmed in writing by Studio 54 Fine Art before an acquisition is agreed.

Sales and payment

An artwork is reserved or sold only when the gallery issues written confirmation and the agreed payment terms are satisfied. Quotations may be time-limited and may exclude taxes, customs duties, specialist installation or destination-specific charges unless expressly stated.

Authenticity and editions

Limited-edition works are supplied with the applicable edition information and documentation of authenticity. Images shown online are representative; screen colour, scale and framing appearance may vary from the finished artwork.

Framing, delivery and installation

Framing is prepared to the agreed specification using professional conservation materials. Delivery schedules are estimates until production and logistics are confirmed. Risk, insurance, inspection and installation arrangements will be stated in the collector’s written order documentation.

Intellectual property

All artworks, artwork images, text, branding and website materials remain protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights. No material may be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.
