- 2. Receive the factsYou share your city and intended setting; we confirm price, edition position, condition, materials still to be verified and an estimated delivered cost.
- 3. Approve the specificationYou review the image and frame dimensions; we provide the written artwork, framing, payment, tax and delivery terms before you commit.
- 4. Production and documentationYou make payment under the agreed terms; we coordinate production or release, edition documentation, condition check, packing and insurance.
- 5. Delivery and installationYou agree a delivery appointment; we arrange the confirmed courier service and coordinate white-glove installation where included.

The written offer identifies the artwork, edition, condition, full materials specification, price and delivery terms; certificate details are supplied for the selected work.
